Stuffed Paneer Masala


300 gms paneer ( cut into 2-inch-in rectangular shape )

Filling ingredients: 
Garam masasla : ¼ Tsp
Aamchur powder : 1/2 Tsp
Jeera powder  : 1/2  Tsp
Hing : 1/4 Tsp

Coating batter ingredients:
Maida : 1/4 Cup
Corn Flour : 1/4 Cup
Haldi : 1/4 Tsp
Salt to taste
Water : 1/2 Cup
Ghee/oil for deep frying
Gravy Ingredients:
Oil : 3Tsp
Cumin Seeds :1 Tsp
Cinnamon :  1 inch
Bay Leaves : 2
Cloves : 2
Cardamom : 2
Haldi : 2 pinches
Ginger: 2 Tsp  ( Finely Chopped )
Green Chillies : 2 ( Finely Chopped )
Kaaju: 2 Tsp
Dhaniya Powder : 1/2 Tsp
Haldi : 1/4 Tsp
Tomatoes  : 3 ( Finley Chopped )
Salt to taste
Sugar : 1/2tsp
Kasoori methi : 1/4tsp
Coriander Leaves : 3tsp ( Finley Chopped )
Milk : 1Cup
Cream: 1/2 cup
Preparation:
-> Take a bowl and add all filling ingredients and mix well.
-> Now take Paneer long cubes and slit it
-> Take the filling and stuff it in the paneer cubes and gently press the open ends to close it
-> Take another bowl and add all Batter ingredients and mix well
-> Heat oil in a kadai
-> Take the stuffed paneer and dip it in the batter and deep fry it till it turns to golden brown colour.
-> Place them in a tissue paper
-> Take a handi and add 2tsp ghee/oil
-> Add Jeera, cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, hing, cinnamon and fry it
-> Add ginger, green chillies & kaaju and fry it
-> Add tomatoes and other left spice powders and mix well
-> Add salt and sugar and mix well
-> Let it cook well till oil oozes out
-> Now take it in a bowl and cool it and then grind to fine paste
->  Now add 1 Tsp oil/ghee in the handi and add the above grind paste and let it cook for 10min in low flame
-> Add kasoorimethi + Fried paneer + chopped coriander leaves and mix well
-> Cook for 5 - 10min more
-> Now add Milk and mix well
->  Add Cream and mix well
-> Cook for 5min more

Serve Hot

Best combination for Roti / Pulav / Paratha / Naans
